HOW SECURE IS YOUR STORE?
Online payments are processed through Payfast’s secure payment environment. Payfast is a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. You can read more about its payment security.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, or regular account payments, all through PayFast
HOW DO COUPONS WORK?
If you have been lucky enough to win a 50% or 25% Off coupon, simply head over to the website as normal. There is a section titled “Discount Code” on both the checkout and basket sections of the website. Simply enter your discount code into either section and click “Apply”. The discount amount will then be deducted from your order and you can continue through the checkout process as normal.
MUST I REGISTER TO PURCHASE ITEMS?
You can check out as a guest, but registered members don’t have to manually enter their details at checkout every time a purchase is made. Your registered account will let you view all previous orders and print out invoices as well.
DO I NEED PAYFAST TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No, you are not required to have a PayFast account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayFast account, you can use it to speed up the checkout process.
CAN I PAY COD OR VIA AN INVOICE?
We do not offer cash on delivery payment or purchase on account. For detailed information on all accepted payment types, please refer to the Payment and Shipping section.

We’re always striving to provide the best customer service possible, so all orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days (depending on availability).
Average delivery times:
- Major cities: Within 2-5 Working Days (may extend due to unexpected situations)
- Outlying areas: Within 3-5 Working Days (may extend due to unexpected situations)

RETURNS
CAN I RETURN BODY JEWELLERY?
For change-of-mind returns, approved items are returned for store credit. You have 7 days from receiving your order to make a return. Body jewellery must be unused, unopened and in its original hygienically sealed packaging, with the seal unbroken.
Please double-check your size before ordering. We inspect returned items and let you know whether they meet these conditions.
For these returns, shipping and handling costs are not credited once an order has been sent. The original shipping fee is charged if the return removes your order’s eligibility for free delivery.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We will confirm the return arrangements and address.
Keep the original packaging and hygienic seal intact. Pack the jewellery securely in a protective layer, such as bubble wrap, to prevent damage on the journey back.
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the collection and delivery costs. If we arrange collection, we confirm the cost with you before booking; payment is required before collection is booked. You may also arrange your own return delivery.
Approved store credits and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
EXCHANGE
Change-of-mind exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us with the replacement items you would like. The original items must be unused and unopened, with their original hygienic seals unbroken. The return conditions above apply.
You cover collection and replacement-delivery costs, as well as any extra balance due for the replacement items.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it. The change-of-mind conditions above do not limit your rights under applicable South African consumer law.
