HOW SECURE IS YOUR STORE?

HOW DO COUPONS WORK?

If you have been lucky enough to win a 50% or 25% Off coupon, simply head over to the website as normal. There is a section titled “Discount Code” on both the checkout and basket sections of the website. Simply enter your discount code into either section and click “Apply”. The discount amount will then be deducted from your order and you can continue through the checkout process as normal.

MUST I REGISTER TO PURCHASE ITEMS?

You can check out as a guest, but registered members don’t have to manually enter their details at checkout every time a purchase is made. Your registered account will let you view all previous orders and print out invoices as well.

DO I NEED PAYFAST TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you are not required to have a PayFast account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayFast account, you can use it to speed up the checkout process.

CAN I PAY COD OR VIA AN INVOICE?

We do not offer cash on delivery payment or purchase on account. For detailed information on all accepted payment types, please refer to the Payment and Shipping section.

We’re always striving to provide the best customer service possible, so all orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days (depending on availability).

  • Outlying areas: 2-3 Working Days

Shipping cost:

  • Gauteng:  R70 to R79
  • Major cities: R95

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN BODY JEWELLERY?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on these items unless they are still in the hygienically-sealed bag. Please always double-check the size you require before ordering.

Due to strict health and safety regulations, returned items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged with no exceptions. Kindly pack the returned products in a protective layer e.g., bubble wrap

If the item is still sealed, you have 7 days from the date you receive your package, to make a return. If you are delivering the package yourself, it must be delivered within seven days, or it won’t be accepted.

Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.

The free shipping eligibility will be lost, so the shipping fee will be deducted.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Returns must be UNOPENED and in all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Please take care when packaging, as broken items will not be refunded.

Returns must have the original packaging (seal unbroken), Delivery form, and contact information.

You have 2 options for returning items:

  1. You can make a request that we arrange a collection for your return. In such a case, you will need to pay for the collection and delivery cost according to your region. When you request the return, the cost of the delivery will be made clear to you.
  2. You can choose to return it yourself. Please make sure to include all order information. In such a case, you will need to pay for the delivery cost according to your region.Tracking numbers are recommended, as we are not responsible for lost items.

When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PACKAGE THE JEWELRY IN A NICE AND WELL-PACKAGED MANNER. IF IT IS BROKEN UPON RETURN, IT IS INELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. If the delivery is arranged by yourself, it must be delivered to us within seven days, or it won’t be accepted. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge you for the costs of collection and delivery of replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.

You can exchange items only for identical products. Exchanging items for different products or sizes, colors, lengths etc. is not possible.
